Terms of service

1. Seller. The site bumpynutrition.com is operated by Bumpy Nutrition, Rue Lecat 1, 7100 La Louvière, Belgium – contact@bumpynutrition.com.

2. Scope. These terms apply to any order placed on the site by a consumer residing in the European Union. Placing an order implies acceptance of them.

3. Products. Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Respect the recommended daily dose and the warnings stated on each product. Our products are intended for adults. Some contain caffeine and are not recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

4. Prices. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

5. Order and payment. The order is final once payment has been confirmed. Payment is secure and handled by our approved banking providers. A confirmation e-mail is sent to you.

6. Delivery. Delivery conditions and lead times are detailed in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, under the conditions described in our refund policy. Products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene.

8. Legal guarantee. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European and Belgian law. In the event of a non-compliant product, contact us.

9. Liability. We cannot be held liable where the products are used in a way that does not comply with the recommendations stated on the label.

10. Personal data. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and with the GDPR.

11. Disputes. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any more protective mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so that we can find an amicable solution. You may also refer the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be).
