Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Simply send an e-mail to contact@bumpynutrition.com with your order number.

Conditions

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, only unopened products whose safety seal is intact can be returned. In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery.

Return

After your request, we will give you the return address. You then have 14 days to send the product back. Return costs are at your expense.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method used for the order.

Faulty product or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will send you the right product or refund you, at no cost to you.
